The material looks decent.
But the 2-star review is due to the horrible physical print of the book. This "book" looks like a digital reproduction as opposed to an actual press-run printed book. The paper is aweful, and the "book" (I am not convinced I can call it a book) does Not have a bibliography, oh yeah, and it does NOT even have an index. Now you probably think it deserves zero stars, well I was generous to give it 2.

This is a valuable book. It is really a collection of articles on various SOA topics, rather than a book you would read end to end. This makes it a good book to read on a train or plane. In particular, I like the insights into the use of the mainframe in an SOA environment. That is something you rarely see covered.
