waste of money,

My problem this dvd is there isn't a variety of stretches. Some stretches have to be performed in a gym setting or with a boflex. The difference with the levels of exercise (easy to hard) is only the amount of reps and weights that you put on your legs. The dvd menu was hard to navigate and it was visually hard to see what was highlighted and what wasn't. This is not to say that the stretches wouldn't work, it just that I'm not willing to ever watch it again.

very good book know his stuff.leaVES NOTHING OUT LIKE SOME FROM HIS COUNTRY DO.i would say do u want the right knowages something that will work with no harm to your body than get this book.
