A friend of mine (a woman) suggested that I take a look this book. I was skeptical at first because of the title, but I found that many of the strategies detailed in the book were just as applicable for men as for women. I was especially interested in the chapters on developing key leadership skills, building effective networks and communication. The many quotes and insights/experiences from CEOs and other senior executives were helpful to put the topics of the book into perspective - great for comparing notes. I plan to share the book with both my male and female colleagues.

After a friend read this book, I decided to read it as well because she said the book was filled with valuable information. I can honestly say she was right. I recommend that all women who are interested in being highly successful in business and life read this terrific book. The information is valuable to BOTH men and women and I strongly recommend this purchase. The price is well worth it.
