5.0 out of 5 stars Very helpful and feeling-provoking, September 3, 2009
This review is from: Secrets to Tell, Secrets to Keep: How to Best Handle Your Hidden Thoughts and Feelings--and Move Beyond Therapy to a Truly Joyous, Creative, and Fulfilling Life (Paperback)
I'd say thought provoking, but the point of the book is feelings. I am finding this book very helpful, very practical. I raced through it the first time, hoping to prove to myself that I was NOT stuck in Step 5 (stuck in the telling). That tactic worked about as well as you'd expect. After I accepted the fact that of course I was at times stuck in step 5 and that I bounce around between all the steps at times (okay, I'm not sure I'm hitting step 7 too often!), I started reading from the beginning with an open heart and found it really helpful in understanding myself and getting beyond myself. Read it and enjoy. Don't get stuck like I did in the 'I am not stuck in step 5' stage!
