Book Description

April 27, 2009
ecrets of a Top Salesperson gives the reader a front row seat at the negotiating table with cliff-hanging stories unraveling like a suspenseful mystery novel. At the same time Secrets is a true life story about a young woman who achieves success by following the eight essential virtues of business and doing her best to avoid the eight potential vices. Ironically, the author, who is proud of her largely Sicilian descent with a bit of Black Irish and American Indian thrown in for good measure, finds managing her emotions to be her biggest challenge. This difficulty makes Secrets entertaining as well as educational.

3.0 out of 5 stars Easy Read that helps open your eyes to the emotion quotiant, May 18, 2010

Tisa Yonts (Pacifica, USA) - See all my reviews
I liked this book because it was fun and easy to read and gave great examples for checking not only the emotional stakes in a client relationship but the key elements of success as well. The stories she tells act as seamless segues into crucial elements of success which she highlights throughout the book. Definitely an easy and pleasant way to hone in on foundational principals.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Book....easy to read, honest, with stories you can relate to, December 3, 2011
This review is from: Secrets of a Top Salesperson: How Emotions Make or Break The Sale (Paperback)
I loved reading Paula's book. Easy to read and full of great stories you can relate and learn from. I found out about this book when I saw Paula give a talk as a guest speaker. I loved the way she carried & expressed herself. The book is written as an honest story about her life, evolution & mind shift she had to make from being a scientist to become a top producer in Real Estate. Smart woman that's for sure.

I am also a Realtor in the San Francisco Bay Area (East Bay) and I don't know Paula but I do admire her from a far. She is a rock-star in my mind. I recommend every realtor & sales professional read this book.
