Very well written no-nonsense treatment of the business of writing. The book is straight forward and to the point with many quotes and anecdotes from professional writers and editors of major magazines. Gave me a new perspective on writing.

The book provides step-by-step instructions on how to prepare ideas and articles for presentation to magazine editors. It emphasizes the need to for writers develop both business and writing skills.

Highly recommended for all new and aspiring writers.
