Shipping for me was a bit of a problem, but it wasn't on the behalf of the seller but rather the shipper. The seller was great in helping getting everything resolved, and the problem was partly because of my location in a rural area.Having said that, I really love the sofa. Assembly was not a problem, put the whole thing together in about an hour. The microfiber cushions are extremely soft and a real pleasure to sit on. If you've not felt microfiber before, it's got a somewhat suede feel to it, very soft and comfortable. The faux leather has a very real look and feel - guests probably won't even be able to tell the difference. Overall, I really love the sofa & am happy with my purchase. If you're considering this item, you won't be let down.

i bought this couch about 6 months ago and it is still my fave buy. there have been spills and dog bone residue and it comes off with no problem because of the microfiber material. the only thing i dont like about it is the fact that the pieces slide apart from each other and the bottom cushions aren't reversible therefore i cant flip them to maintain their shape and they smoosh down around the edges if u dont rotate them. . all in all 8/10
