As of this review there has been:
No notice of shipment and the shipping dates have expired.
The product has not arrived and the last expected arrival date has expired.
Two emails to HHA have been unanswered.
One complaint to Amazon has not been answered.
Notice to Amazon HHA does not have a working email address and is in violation of Amazon business rules has gone unresponded.

At this point as both HHA and Amazon have provided VERY poor customer service.
Bottom line:Negative rating for Amazon and HHA.

Doesn't fit any of the ladders it said it would fit. And when it came it was covered in the worst orange dust I have ever seen. Don't know where to trash it or put it in the hazard bin.

I was a little disappointed with the paint tray because I thought it was the one advertised on DIY network. It is good in the way of sealing very well so you can put your paint and roller in there for up to 30 days and it does not dry up. It does not have the magnet that I thought it would have to attatch the paint brush to. Also I use paint liners for easy clean up. You have to cut the paint liners to fit in the tray.
