Organized; useful examples & problems throughout
Excellent casebook. Organized, full of useful examples and hypos along the way. Full of good material on the economic & legal underpinnings for the US regime of securities regulation. Helped that I took the course from one of the authors, of course. But I'd still highly recommend it.

shipment is so so slow
Why the shipment is so slow that I could not get it even the class have almost finished the first several weeks.
