This book is an excellent resource for anyone who works with securities or in the financial industry. I work in with a large financial services provider in Operations and this book has been used as a bible for most of our account registration and legal questions regarding how accounts and securities should be properly titled in addition to providing information about what paperwork is needed for estates, custodianships, corporate entities, etc. I cannot sing of it praises enough.
