With an adjustment range of 48"-78", the SecureBar is short enough to control a load of groceries in the trunk of your car, and long enough to span a 6 foot pickup bed, lengthwise. It's square steel tubing is much stronger than other pickup bars, and it's soft rubber feet easily adapt to irregular surfaces with no risk of damage to paint or other finishes. I am not happy at all. it bent after the first use and will not lock now. I am not stupid and I know how to use this product. STAY AWAY!!!
