Self-serving, repetitive,

I paid $2 for this book at the bargain bin of my local grocery store. I may have receive my money's worth, but then again . . .
There was some interesting information in the book about the change in police policies and tactics in light of NYC's past crime problems. But most of the book was Safir tooting his own horn and the book could have been written in half the number of pages if he didn't repeat many things at various places in the book. |
