I loved this dvd, what a great, peaceful vibe you get off of it and it is jam packed with a lot of information. I wish they had given you a way to get some of these wonderful crystals for yourself. Where I live the selection is always limited to small hand held stones, in the video they feature some truly amazing stones and you can actually feel their power as you watch. The dvd includes a couple of demonstrations on how to use the crystals at home but no information on how to find practitioners as experienced as the couple featured in the video. But it is a great start!
