People from all over the world come to Sedona. In fact, we have more visitors than the Grand Canyon. Many of these folks are interested in the special energies associated with Sedona called vortex energy. Some people are mildly interested and wonder, "What is a vortex?" Others are very curious and want to "find one." A third category of visitors are spiritual seekers who want to learn more about these energies. These folks want to go to the "power centers" and once they are there they want to know what to do. "The Sedona Vortex Experience" gives the people in all three categories the information they need. That is why, since 1987, it has been a favorite book of booksellers here in Sedona. It tells people what a vortex is, how to get to the "power centers", and how to attune to these special energies once they are there. Many readers have applied to exercises and meditations at home in their own backyard or out in nature at a favorite site. In our culture we simply haven't been taught how to deeply attune to the beauty and sounds and rhythms of nature- essentially how to gain a feeling of oneness.
