I own a Corioliss flat iron/styler i bought from london a year ago and love it , I no longer blow-dry my long thick curly hair since it dries it out and takes too long and is too noisy, so i wanted to buy another one that has a 110 power outlet ( my Corioliss has a 220 power outlet) and after reading reviews in folica i chose this Sedu and I am soo glad that I did!! it runs so smooth through the hair and curls it well because of its rounded barrel and its tourmaline plates, it leaves the hair shiny, soft and healthy, I also preferred it over the ghd ( I tried the new black it smoked my hair a bit and the handle was a bit too big, not as comfortable and light as this Sedu) the only problem is that the cord gets tangled up when you curl but thats ok i can live with that. I recommend this styler for anyone that wants shiny soft healthy ( curly, bouncy or straight ) hair that can be done within 20 minutes or less.

I BOUGHT THIS IRON AFTER READING THE MANY RAVE REVIEWS. I WAS PREVIOUSLY USING THE CHI AND THOUGHT IT WAS GREAT- FOR A WHILE..UNTIL IT LOST ITS UMPH. I WAS TIRED OF THE SCORCHED HAIR SMELL,0NE HEAT SETTING AND HAVING MY HAIR TUGGED AND PULLED...BUT NOW IVE FOUND THE SEDU!!! ITS WONDERFUL...IT LITERALLY GLIDES DOWN THE HAIR SHAFT AND LEAVES YOUR HAIR SOOOOO SHINY... YOU CAN ADJUST THE HEAT TO WHERE YOU WOULD LIKE IT. IT DOESNT TUG YOUR HAIR AND YOU CAN CURL YOUR HAIR WITH EASE -WITHOUT TEARING OUT STRANDS. THE ONLY THING I DONT LIKE IS THAT MY HAND KEEPS HITTING THE HEAT SETTING DIAL WHILE IM FLAT IRONING MY HAIR AND IT TURNS IT DOWN AND GETS COOL{MAYBE ITS JUST THE WAY I HOLD IT.}WHEN I TURN IT BACK UP IT HEATS QUICKLY. I LOVE IT AND IT PUTS THE CHI TO SHAME. ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!
