More About the Author

When my parents realized I had an aptitude for storytelling--okay, even at an early age I was a consummate liar--they encouraged me to find constructive ways to put all that "creativity" to use. I wrote my first novel when I was in junior high school. It was a typical teenage girl's fantasy about being kidnapped by a rock star, finding out he was really a misunderstood millionaire's son, and living happily ever after with the reformed rebel. Erotic romance just seemed like an inevitable destination for someone with my naughty muse.

Now I spend my days, and many of my nights, trying to keep up with the characters springing to life within my mind. I find creative ways of avoiding errands and housework because I can't drag myself away from the dramas unfolding in my latest story. And everyday I thank God I was able to quit my day job and actively pursue my dream!

I also write paranormal romance as Cyndi Friberg. If you're in the mood for something a little less...in your face, I hope you'll check out my alter ego.

The story was interesting and the characters developed well.

I enjoyed the new sci-fi world that I was brought into and it was a good story mixed in with all the sex...I just wish there was a little more to it.

Because I thought there might be a good story line in it - with maybe a 'bit on the side' thrown in, to keep the interest going.

Simply put, I loved it. Hot and with a plot. I liked the characters. I do not want to give too much away, but you honestly will not be disappointed with this sizzling read. I always appreciate when an author can mix different variables or themes (paranormal, sci-fi, romance, erotica, etc) together, and it gels and makes sense. Great read.

This is my first book from this author, and I was impressed. I will look forward to reading other works.

There was a whole love of sexy sex sex happening in this book and that kind of seemed like all there was. Until the very end when everything seemed rushed into making and finishing up the story. I don't want to give anything away...but there seemed to be a main character missing at the end. I mean, at one point he heads off to do something and then the story is "summed up" and this guy is just never heard from again.
All that being said, I liked what was attempted. I enjoyed the new sci-fi world that I was brought into and it was a good story mixed in with all the sex...I just wish there was a little more to it.

Honestly, I was very optimistic, but I ended up spending half the book wanting to punch the guy in the face! I wish I could have enjoyed it more. Actually, I probably would have even though the story was a little hard to follow at times. I just couldn't get past my anger at Mal Ton (and Roarke for going along with it). Mal Ton had the potential to be amazing, but I felt that the way he handled the situation just ruined my ability to like him as much as I could have and that's very disappointing.

Brilliant scientist that she is, Dr. Andrea Raynier spends all her time on a space station above the Earth deep in research on human DNA. Andrea has developed RENA, a method of curing and healing destroyed organs, mutations and other cellular deficiencies.

Two planets have spent years trying to destroy the other. Mal Ton Adoha of Stilox and General Bryson of Protaria both want and need Andrea to cure the mutations the Protarians biological weapons have unleashed on Stilox and brought back to Protaria.

Andrea is kidnapped by Mal Ton who attempts to seduce her into helping his people with the aid of Roark Talbot, a Stilox scientist. Intrigue escalates as everyone wants a piece of Andrea and her discovery. She doesn't know who to trust, if anyone. But one man is getting to her by answering her sexual needs in ways even Andrea finds shocking. Who will she help when everyone is suspect, even the man she is falling for so deeply?

In Seducer the reader is taken on a seductive journey of want, need and ultimately trust turning into love. Multiple intense personalities light a powder keg of carnal exploration and sensual appetites. Author Aubrey Ross paints a colorful tapestry of future's possibilities in the war of the sexes. I thoroughly soaked up Seducer, loved the characters and the story even when I didn't understand the scientific stuff. The downside is the somewhat abrupt ending but that doesn't stop me from looking forward to the next story in this series.

A truly satisfying read. This is the first time I've ever read a novel of this um.... nature and I have to say I was not disappointed. I was glued to my Kindle.

I really enjoy short steady books, but most times have to give up an intricate plot. This book has that! I really hope the story will continue as I want to know if Stilox wins the whole war in the end, if Andrea will ever conceive like she had originally planned to do one she started her work on RENA. Thank you Ellora's cave for this book!

I have to say this one has some really hot sex in it, but it's the manner that the sex happens that has me disturbed to say the least. I am not a fan of force in any manner for sex. I think that it has to be mutual and I just didn't get the feel that most of this was.

Also I like up front honesty in all aspects of the my hot sex and for my money this one was anything but. I am kind of sorry I already purchased the second book of this series because I don't think I am really going to find it any better than this one, but I'll let you know.

I also found the plot in this one flawed, we think she is being kidnapped to save the world and in reality there is a very different reason and it just didn't leave me feeling all that good.

I guess this one is really just not my cup of tea, but it might well be yours, so I suggest if you like sci, BDSM, exploitation, force okay for sex you might really like this one.
