This review is from: The Seductive Image (Paperback)
A delightful history of the cinema as well as a critique of the medium from the heterodox perspective of the writer. K. Lloyd Billingsley is a member of the Writers Guild of America, has had two teleplays produced, and brings a decidedly Christian worldview to bear on the world of film. For better or worse, cinema has shaped this century in many ways and no one segment of that community escapes the author's sobering pen. To quote Michael Medved about The Seductive Image: "A witty, perceptive look at Hollywood's handling of religious themes, Lloyd Billingsley's book is indispensable for all who want to think -- and speak-- seriously about movies."
