Authoritative and my new guide to unlocking the secrets of dormancy. Written at a level I can understand. It is my latest guide in my quest to grow plants and trees. I thank the authors for the knowledge this book has given me.

Michael Anderson,
This review is from: Seeds: Ecology, Biogeography, and Evolution of Dormancy and Germination (Paperback)
This is one of the finest and most complete books concerning plant issues that I have ever read. It is so well written and organized providing a lifetime of experience and information condensed into one volume. It should be purchased and read by every plant ecologist or biologist. Very impressive.

As an educator and horticulturist, I consider this an essential text for anyone who wants to germinate seeds of woodland botanicals, exotics, and any plants that don't have commercially developed varieties. Well written and easy to understand. This is a big, fat book that should sit on any good horticulturist's bookshelf.

This review is from: Seeds: Ecology, Biogeography, and, Evolution of Dormancy and Germination (Hardcover)
An amazing book from a peer couple of seed science and technology. Weed seed ecology is my field and it always facinated me, that how a plant showed his strategy against humen interference in its life cycle. This book is clearly answered these question by different ways. I really congratulate the honorable authors for there real contribution in seed science.
