Aside from this being such a tremendously good deal, chia seeds are one of the healthiest (not to mention the most convenient to consume) foods available. This is quite a unique and remarkable food. I strongly urge everyone who is considering buying these to read upon the wide range of health benefits that these seeds provide. Invest in your long-term health and make these a staple in your everyday diet.

i am training to run an ultramarathon and a friend of mine introduced me to these seeds as a method of fueling for very long distances. they do everything they claim to. i did a 20 mile run in the mountains and only ate 9 tablespoons of chia gel and a ziplock bag of cut fruit during the run and i felt great when i was finished. these are a great source of energy for endurance athletes. i highly recommend them, you wont be disappointed. a 1:6 seed/water ratio makes a pretty thick gel and i mix gatorade, tang or koolaid with mine to flavor it. if you make it too watery it has the consistency of snot. and who wants to eat snot??

I started taking the Chia seeds about 3 days ago and "WoW" I could hardly believe the change in my body. I put the seeds on oatmeal, dip that I eat for a snack and in a glass of water, it all works just like the label said. I feel better and my energy level and increased 4 fold.
I like the seeds and since there is no taste to them it is a delight.
