This is a fantastic book for anyone that want's a little pick me up every day. Dated entries allow you to skip around, and read some quick daily inspirations. It's hard to find meetings that aren't 12-step and 'higher power' oriented, this book is a valuable tool for anyone needing a little support without religion involved. I would recommend this for anyone spiritual that wishes to keep their god and their sobriety separate, but also for for any agnostics or athiests struggling with sobriety.

Solid in it's focus on recovery, brilliant in clearing away the dramatic clutter of the alcoholic mind, this book is a great daily tool to refocus us on Recovery above all Else
Refreshing in it's approach, and void of those "preaching" passages about what God wants and does not want, this is a book that is always by my side when I am at the computer. Clearly written, this is a solid recovery tool |
