This book provides an excellent framework for creating groups to work with students with impulse control and anger issues. The lessons are easy to use and described in great detail. I also liked that it is suitable for youth up to age 11 or 12.

I am a licensed therapist and I loved "Seeing Red"! Clear lesson objectives, fun activities with a teamwork approach. Helped my anger management group stay on task!
