I enjoyed this book very much and learned a lot from it. It's easy to read, but I recommend reading it slowly as I did. I read a chapter or two and then sat quietly, trying to practice what the book teaches. Guy Finley isn't the best writer, but this book will still touch your heart. It has a simple beauty to it.

Guy Finley gives you a different angle on self-discovery; I am thankful for having found his teachings. I highly recommend his books and you might want to look at his website- it has a lot of free stuff.
