Here are fifteen stories mostly about family and coming of age. Young adults contemplate fleeing their home towns, going to college, leaving their parents. Twenty-somethings begin and end relationships. There's a loss of virginity in there, some science fiction satire, and a whole lot of wondering what it's all about. Half of the stories have been published elsewhere nationally & abroad, and several can be called award-winning; they're collected here for the first time.
