I bought this belt three years ago and constantly use it to relieve my bulging disc problem.
It provides the right amount of pressure where it is needed via its inflatable areas.
I dont think this belt will work with bulging disc problems that are above the hip area. I think it primary design was for lower back use.
I'm preparing to buy a second one since my first one does not hold the air pressure as long as when it was new three years ago.
Recommended.

I use this belt frequently and it helps me a LOT. The booklet that comes with it is an excellent resource for those of us who suffer from back pain, too. Highly recommend it.

We all have had a case of back pain at times. Although there have been numerous methods of relieving the stress and pain from all those back aches that we get from stress, or from pain we have from bending. Thankfully, Dr. Grusso's Back Relief Belt might be the key for you. It is very convient to use for all kinds, it makes is more comfortable for you to sit down in your favorite chair, and it comes with hold and cold packs that can relax your aches away. I've had scoliosis for years, and I have had a tough time trying to get comfortable. Not only does this improve my posture when I'm sitting down, it helps me work better. I absolutely love this belt a whole lot, and if you buy this you'll love this as well.
