This book is great for anybody like me,who when counting the sefira during Sefiras Haomer always wonders what those two words on the side of the day (i.e. Netzach Shebgvurah) are doing there.Rabbi's Haber and Sedly explain how those words tell us what the specific way to get closer to god on that day is. could not have been better written.In short just amazing!!

Pros:Very well written: clear, quotes from various sources creating an interesting, varied mix of information Excellently structured: Each week begins with an explanation of the particular sefirah and different things it pertains to. Each day is broken up into an explanation on the sefirah combination and then into related action points. Action points are creative, varied, and fulfilling. They're broken down into with G-d, with others, and with yourself which I particularly enjoy. Cons: A little expensive for such a small book. But hey, quality not quantity. A little frustrating since most aren't really possible to do in one day (though he does give some action points specifically for a day, most are more broad). I'm planning to start again after Sefirah and do one a week instead. Overall, very good book for guided growth with some interesting information thrown in.
