This is a really great pack of games. First off is Sonic CD. You are Sonic The Hedgehog and you have to rescue Amy from Dr. Robotnik. It's a fun game. Then there's Sonic R, where you race with Sonic and his friends. The 3rd game is Sega Smash Pack 2, which not only has Sonic The Hedgehog 2, but has tons of other Genesis games too. And the last game is Sonic And Knuckles Collection. This one is my favorite. You can be Sonic The Hedgehog, Tails The Fox, or Knuckles The Echidna!

Overall, this game is great. Stop reading now! GET THESE GAMES!

Overall, this is a very good deal. Four games (actually 10 with the smash pack)... You can't beat it! Sonic CD is simple, addictive, and very fun. And Sonic R is original and overall, pretty cool. The player models are really blocky in it , but hey, I'm not picky. My only gripe is with Sonic and Knuckles. For some weird reason, the game runs about 3-4 times faster than it's supposed to unless it's on full screen mode. Plus, it won't let me use my controller! But on the plus side, it is an exact, repeat, exact port of the Genesis version. Even after these gripes, I still highly recommend it. If you're a Sonic fan, and never owned a Genesis and Sega CD, this is a must-purchase.

Classic Sonic fans, rejoice! If you have a computer, then STH 2, 3, Sonic CD, Sonic and Knuckles, and Sonic RX are now at YOUR fingertips for the low, low price of [unit price]! Too good to be true? Trust me, I bought it, and am completely satisfied.

The only downsides here: there is some slowdown, and it does not contain Sonic 1. They better release Sonic 1 on CD-Rom soon, or I'll [be upset]. But otherwise, this is worth your money.

We all remember STH 2, don't we? That's one of my all-time favorites. Whenever I play it, I'm always reminded of second grade, when I was the biggest STH fan ever. I had the Sega Genesis, the games, pajamas, shirts, videos, comic books, etc. He was my hero. He was seriously the coolest thing ever. Those were the days. STH 3 and Sonic and Knuckles are great, as well. Sonic RX...ehhh. It's all right. And Sonic CD is good too, but it's pretty hard.

Also on the Sonic 2 CD (the Smash Pack) are other games, including "Flicky" and "Comic Zone". They're fun as well.

If you're anything like me, then pick this up, even if just for nostalgia power. SONIC THE HEDGEHOG FOREVER!

Way cool!Not only does it have the awesome Sonic CD,the fun Sonic R,and the awe inspiring Sonic and Knuckles,it also has the Mega Pack!!

We bought this for our 8 year old autistic son to see if he was interested in video games enough to go ahead and invest in a full blown game console. He can't get enough of Sonic! He is definitely ready for something more advanced. Just a word of warning - serious carpal tunnel threat trying to manuever with a keyboard. Get a PC joystick to make things easier.

before i tell you why, i was going to give this 0 stars, but they only go 1-5. this game is very terrible. first of all, have all the original sonic games for the genesis from 1991-1996. i know what they are like, and this is a piece of garbage compared to the original. heres a few reasons why you shouldn't get this:

(referring to sonic & knuckles collection only)

1: its better classic- meaning its better on the old system and all these keys i have to remember is hard and time consuming

2: it performs terrible- the sound is muffled, things are uneven, nothing like the original

3: **no support from expert software (creators of the game)- yup, their experts alright

4: get windows Y2K or lower, xp aint ready- xp users are gonna have a bad time trying to play on it

5: it is way too fast, trust me- you have three seconds at the main menu to pick something before it goes into demo mode. heres the worst part: when youre playing a game, you run so fast, so quick, that when you lose rings, you wont have time to get em back, plus that is hazardous as you may lose at the game

6: who wants all those games on 15 different cds?!??

ive said what i think you should know about the game. originally, this page was going to be filled with cursing words, so you can tell, this is garbage DO NOT BUY IT, YOU ARE GETTING RIPPED OFF, NO SUPPORT, NO FUN, NO VALUE.
