5.0 out of 5 stars Big difference from OEM!
This battery takes about 3-5 cycles to get to its capacity. I cycled it down 3 times to about 7% before full charging. Now I can go about 2-3 days even with email polling every 30 min on 2 accounts, internet usage and average calls. Highly recommend this item.

5.0 out of 5 stars Changed my life., November 10, 2009

Had worn my original battery out in less than a year such that it wouldn't last the work day. Did not realize that other problems I was having with the phone (such as dropped calls) were related to the weak battery. Charges rapidly and holds the charge literally for days of use - far better than the original battery.

This battery fits perfectly in my TYTN II. I can make phone calls, send texts and download emails all day and I still have battery life by late in the night. It makes life so much easier, especially when I have to be at various locations for my job.

Just what I was hoping for... Now I don't worry about checking my e-mail and surfing the web, and draining the battery.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good extended life battery for AT&T Tilt., April 28, 2009
This review is from: Seidio Innocell Extended Life Battery for AT&T HTC Tilt (Wireless Phone Accessory)
This battery is an improvement over my original battery for the AT&T Tilt which was a couple years old. I had a problem with the phone rebooting during phone conversations. This battery fixed that problem and gives longer talk and standby times. I don't have to recharge every day now, but I used to before getting the new battery.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Battery, February 6, 2009
By
This review is from: Seidio Innocell Extended Life Battery for AT&T HTC Tilt (Wireless Phone Accessory)
I was getting fed up with the battery life of my AT&T Tilt. I would have a 45 minute conversation & my battery would be pretty much dead by the end of it. I took a shot on this extended one & I'm glad I did. It made all the difference & now I feel like I have a phone worth having again. I can honestly recommend this product & will do so to anyone having a similar problem to mine.

2.0 out of 5 stars Beyond their shelf life, July 6, 2010

Let me preface this with 2 things:
The seller has been great.
The first version of this battery I bought was great.

This review is based on my SECOND battery I bought (1 year later)...

OK

I've owned 2 of these batteries now. I bought the first one about a year ago (its serial number is in the 3000's). It performed very well, and I bought it immediately after buying some no-name brand and discovering it was no better than the dead battery I was replacing.

So, a year later, with my Seidio battery now starting to die, I bought a second one based on my experience with the previous one (the new one's serial number is in the 6000's).

The new battery's performance is terrible. I exchanged it for a new one after a couple weeks of the battery getting worse and worse. The replacement (its serial number is also in the 6000's) is no better.

I am giving up trying to RMA these any further. I don't think the seller can do anything about this issue.

I believe that the shelf life of these replacement batteries has expired. If the batteries have been sitting around and unused for a couple years (assuming there were one or two production runs), I think they just can't hold a charge. The Tilt / TyTn II is basically at the end of its life, so I suppose we can't expect replacement parts for much longer.

So, it WAS a great battery. A friend of mine bought one last year about the same time (his serial number is in the 3000's) as I did and he's still very happy with it. I think the remaining batteries are just past their prime.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing increase in battery life, January 21, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Seidio Innocell Extended Life Battery for AT&T HTC Tilt (Wireless Phone Accessory)
I just purchased this and already see a vast improvement over the stock battery. My stock was at minimum of three years old and I always charge when 10% or below and charge with the phone off at least once per week to get a full charge without load. I managed to get just over a day of heavy use (data, text, phone calls, wifi at home, etc) on the stock OEM battery. Only after a single charge on this new battery, I am on my second day and around 40% with the same amount of use. I'm looking forward to seeing the performance after the 3-5 charge cycles when the instruction indicate the battery is at full performance. This really is a good battery for the price and the fact its the same size as the OEM battery, its a good compromise for a little extra horsepower.

Highly recommended!!!

4.0 out of 5 stars OK BATTERY, December 15, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Seidio Innocell Extended Life Battery for AT&T HTC Tilt (Wireless Phone Accessory)
Its an OK battery. Can get about 40-45 minutes talk time and have email accounts checking every 5 minutes. Once you have other apps like IM and Skype performance drops and likely about mid afternoon you need to recharge. Max talk time is about 55minutes with little or no EDGE/3G apps.

Much better performance than my OEM battery, but still not the performance I would expect from an Extended life battery.
