I bought this and it arrived very quickly. As soon as I got it I put it on and it is amazing! Video review is up and I hope you all enjoy your case!

I always had Seidio Innocases for my BlackBerries, so I really was looking forward to this case being released for the Incredible.
Luckily, it is all I had hoped it would be. It is very thin, so it doesn't add a lot to the overall thickness of the phone (unlike the bodyglove case I got at Verizon...which is crazy-thick). This case snaps on to the phone in a 2-piece top-and-bottom arrangement, rather than the standard face-and-back arrangement most cases use. As a result, it feels much more sturdy. I feel like if I were to drop the phone with this case on (I haven't yet), the case would stay on. Other cases, the face-and-back style, tend to explode on impact and send parts flying in every direction, not doing much to protect your phone.
One of the biggest reasons I got this case was because there are more accessories coming soon... the desktop cradle and the car cradle. Both will allow you to dock your phone snugly while it is still in the protective case.

EDIT: I've been informed by Seidio that the desktop cradle and car cradle have been cancelled. I'm very disappointed by this news, but I stand by my 5-star rating. It is still the best case I've come across for this phone.

I'll simply echo what many have said--the case is a fantastic alternative to the soft cases offered by Verizon as well as other third-party suppliers. Easy to put on, easy to take off, and adequate protection for the body of the phone as well as the camera lens (because the lens is recessed into the case).

My major concern is that the top inner edges of the case eventually will wear scratches into your screen due to their sharpness. Fortunately, I used a Seidio screen protector, so the marks only were on it. However, if you use this "naked", you will risk damaging your screen--if this is the type of thing that bothers you.

I have always liked Innocase cases - very durable and nicely designed.

Like a previous reviewer I tried most of Verizon's cases and was not happy with them. This Innocase is excellent. Great feel, great fit and great design. The two piece top/bottom design offers much more protection than a front-back design which will pop off if you drop the phone - defeating the purpose of a case.

Not much more to say than this is an excellent case. Also fits great into my Mivizu leather holster Mivizu Premium Luxury Genuine Leather case cover for Verizon HTC Incredible Droid phone belt clip holster.

I have ordered this case directly from the manufacturer, because Amazon did not have them available yet. I absolutely love this case! It fits the Incredible like a glove, very secure and feels and looks great. I have been looking for a case for the past month, since there hasn't been much out there for this phone yet. I have tried a couple of cases from Verizon, but did not like them and had to return them. (silicon and gradient two-tone) I highly recommend this case!!!

I would give this case 7 stars if possible! This case gives just enough protection to feel like your phone has a chance if dropped from above a few feet and adds only slight bulk to the phone. After installing this and the screen protector (by the same company) people started responding much more favorably when I show them the new phone. It gives that finished feeling to the phone. Easy to install and feels secure once it is. My wife has the same phone and installed her case before I did, her response was, "I'm in love with my new HTC Incredible all over again"! Buy it, you'll love it!!

That being said, there are two things that may be a problem for some. I'm ok with them but some may not. 1) The feel of the case is soft and smooth. This makes the phone a little slippery when held with your hands. I could see someone dropping it because the case is so smooth. 2) The opening in the back of the case, over the speaker changes the sound of the phone. I find that I have to turn the volume up higher then without the case installed and it changes the way it sounds. It may be possible to use a dremmel or similar device to expand the hole and maybe change this but at this point it doesn't bother me enough to do so.

UPDATE: 2 Months Later:
I still love this case but need to make an update. I've had some phone problems (maybe 2-4 times) and have had to remove this case to pull the battery. This remove/install has made my case a little loose fitting on the phone. Not a big deal, it just doesn't have that tight like a glove fit that it did the first time I installed. My suggestion is to only remove the case as few times as you have to.

I'm not one to leave feedback often for products but in this case feel compelled to. Having researched a number of cases, this case had the most positive ratings. It arrived and looked great. Fit was very nice and I appreciated the non-slip texture. Unfortunately, the matte surface which is one of the selling points for this case deteriorates rather quickly. At first the corners then each of the edges started to wear/peel off. After a month the case looked terrible. I've since taken it off since it made the phone look terrible.

Let me explain that I take very good care of my phone. It's mostly in my pocket, sitting on a desk or on my car seat. During this time I never dropped the phone or subjected it to any extreme conditions.

Not sure if I'm alone with this problem?? Perhaps mine came from a bad batch but for this reason - I can't recommend this case for anything more than a throw-away.

This is a phenominal case for the HTC Incredible. I'm not going to reiterate everything that was already said in the other reviews. They are all true. The only thing I've noticed about this case is the rubbery coating on my case is beginning to wear off. Its almost as though the case got a bad sunburn; the outer layer of matte skin is peeling away and the shiny plastic underneath is being exposed. The problem areas, corners of the phone and around the openings for the plug, volume buttons etc. I've only had it for about a month. Great case for protection, but the look of a peeling case might not appeal to all.

Addendum: The inner lip that come in contact with the front of the phone DOES cause marring over time. Not happy about this at all.

I'm not a fan of cellphone cases, but I think the Incredible needs this case. My wife has the Droid, which feels far more solid than a naked Incredible but not so with this case. It gives the phone a more substantial feel. It does add a small amount of bulk, but I don't think a case could be any thinner and still provide reasonable protection. It certainly doesn't double the size of the phone as other reviewers have claimed.

I no longer worry that I'll scratch the camera lens by just setting the phone down. The slight overhang keeps the screen off of the table if I lay the phone face down. I can put it in my pocket without worrying about the plastic back of the phone.

This also stabilized the phone when placed face up. I found that the camera kept the phone from laying flat and the phone would sometimes rock if I tapped the screen on the top left. The extended outset area to allow the camera eliminates this instability. It's essentially eliminated what I see as a rare design flaw with the Incredible.

Update 8/31/2011:
After over a year of using this case I'm still fairly satisfied. My phone is still in excellent condition, even if the case is not. About a month ago I noticed that one corner of the case has started to wear through the outer shell. Also, the piece at the top of the case, in front of the cutaway for the power button, has cracked all the way through. This happened after a year of use and several drops, and the phone underneath is unscathed, so I'm still extremely satisfied. If the case breaks further I will replace it, likely with the same model.

I have been very pleased with the quality of this case. First of all it is very slim so it doesn't add to much bulk to the phone. Secondly, the surface of the case has great feel. It doesn't feel cheap. It is also a slides in and out of my pocket with ease (I don't like the silicon cases for that reason). It is a nice matte black finish so there isn't much concern about scratches or finger prints. The case is also easy to remove and reinstall without too much fuse. Swapping a battery on the phone takes no time at all.

The best part is the protection it has provided to my Droid Incredible when dropped. Since I bought this case I have managed to drop my phone about 3 times. Yes, I can be a little clumsy. Each time it was dropped from about waist height onto a hard surface (i.e concrete). The phone is still working, the case has a few minor bruises and I am happy. The case is performing to my expectations. Without question, I would by this case again.
