Always loved the Legend of Mana, but after finally getting the Millenium collection, I was delirious with glee. I think it's worth the extra cash if you're a collector. The extra items (figurines of Elazul and Pearl + the music box) are pretty cool too, but if you're not into that stuff, then the artwork in the game and manual should make up for it. Again, it depends on where you place your priorities.
