I have personally owned this watch for over eight years and it is an incredibly accurate and stylish timepiece. I am a fanatic about watches keeping accurate time (I have four atomic clocks in my home so I take precise time seriously) and this watch only gains about ten seconds a month. I have always been a Seiko fan and have owned probably five in the course of thirty years. This is my favorite. Easy to read and fun to wear. Not too heavy on your wrist. The band has held up very well through the years. It is an excellent dress or casual watch and I've received many compliments on it through the years. I've only had to change the battery once since I've had it. My wife has the ladies version and likes it just as much as I do mine. Great watch. You can not go wrong with this particular watch and I highly recommend it.

This watch is a Seiko, and a Rolex look-alike. It's also a good dependable watch.

In 1982, my kids bought me this same watch for Fathers Day. It still works, and gives perfect time. I change the battery once every 3 to 5 years, and it's NEVER fast or slow.

But it's, y'know, faded: the gold tone is rubbed off in places, the crystal is well-scratched, and the band is dirty with the sweat of my wrist.

This year, when they asked what I wanted for Fathers Day, I just said "the same watch you got me 25 years ago", and they agreed. So now I have an old (but perfectly functioning) one, and a new one. The new one is, of course, beautiful. Come back in 25 years - I'll tell you how well it performs.

I bought this watch for my husband and he loves it, because it is two tone it goes with everything and he find himself using it more than the others.

Very nice watch and just what I was looking for as a gift for my son. It is dressy but not gaudy.

One negative, but not about the product: because I searched and then purchased this watch on the internet, I have been getting hundreds of e-mails advertising watches...grrrrr

A beautiful watch, very comfortable and reasonably priced -- my wife bought it for my birthday, and I've worn it ever since.

This is one accurate and beautiful watch. It displays both day and date and you can make out the time in total darkness because the hour markers and hands glow without pushing any buttons. It just took a couple minutes to set. The band is adjustable and I adjusted it myself. I am looking forward to years of service just like my last Seiko.

I am very pleased with this watch. It is elegant and keeps perfect time. Pricewise, it was a good deal. I have had good luck with Seiko watches.

This is the third time I have bought this watch over the last ten years or so. The first two failed in exactly the same way - one of the little gold colored bars which are hour indicators became unglued. It rattles around and stops the hour, minute, or second hands from moving and stops the watch.

This time the watch arrived but the face was different. Instead of the seemingly white colored and matte finish face, it is highly reflective and polished metal surface. It is so reflective it dazzles you with the reflections in daylight or regular indoor lighting at night. So I am having to keep wriggling the watch around to the right angle so I can read the time.

I have had it about three weeks now, and wish I had returned it.

My Rolex that I purchased in 1974 was stolen while in Italy recently and after looking at various watches I decided to buy the Seiko SGF204 and have been very pleased with same. I specifically wanted the date window which it has plus the day which my Rolex didn't have.

VERY PLEASED WITH HAVING A GREAT LOOKING WATCH AND SAVING OVER $4000!

This is the second Seiko watch I purchased. The first one lasted 10 years and kept perfect time. This one is just like the old one.
