Make a powerful statement with the Seiko SHC041 stainless steel men's diver's watch--it'll feel at home in both the boardroom or on a wakeboard. It features a water resistance of 200 meters (660 feet) and a large silver, coin-edged unidirectional elapsed timing bezel. It measures 1.8 inches in diameter. It has a black dial background with large luminous dot dial markers and luminous hands (with second hand), as well as a day/date function at 3 o'clock. The silver stainless steel bracelet band mixes brushed and polished links, and is joined by a double-locking clasp. Other features include a battery indicator, Japanese quartz movement, and a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.
Warranty
This Seiko watch is covered by a limited 3-year manufacturer's warranty (includes 1st year worldwide coverage with 2nd and 3rd years valid only in the United States). This warranty does not cover the strap, crystal, watch bracelet, battery, or any watch accessory. This includes, but is not limited to, any pouch or belt attached to the watch. If the watch is repaired or serviced by anyone other than Seiko, the warranty becomes void.

The best Seiko Dive Watch,

Several things make this watch the best Seiko Dive Watch. First, the movement is Quartz, so you can leave the watch off for several days/weeks and it will keep time (unlike the "automatic" or "kinetic" movements). Second the bezel is silver not black so scratches don't show. Third the crystal is VERY scratch resistant. Fourth, nice metal band with the "double" lock. Fifth, It has a low battery indicator (second hand jumps two seconds when battery is low) AND you can get batteries that last close to five years. Next, obviously, it is VERY waterproof. But the best feature of this watch is that it keeps time VERY accurately. You can pay a lot more for an Omega or a Tag H or a Rolex if your ego needs the boost, but I don't think you can buy a better Dive Watch

This is a fine "dress diver" watch, with a hefty but not uncomfortable weight. The silver bezel makes is dressier than a black bezel watch without compromising its usefulness. With a 200M rating, this is sutable for scuba diving. I have owned (and used) several dive watches over the years, and in my option, Seiko makes the best product available. I have smallish wrists, and this watch does not look overpowering when I wear it. The only word of caution on this item is to look closely at the bezel -- it's asymmetrical, with larger "bumps" on two of the sides. It's not apparent in the pictures, but was the first thing I noticed when I took it out of the box. Still, I haven't let it detract from a fine dive watch.

Pro - Delivered on time, watch runs accurately as advertised
Con - The watch was listed on Amazon as New, it was NOT. The watch is missing the protective cellophane on the case back and bracelet, and is also missing a tag that normally comes with new Seiko watches. My guess is that this is a Demo Model, since there are no scratches or dings on the crystal or case. I feel that I have to accept the watch since there is no way I can prove that the watch left CDI in this condition. But I thought I'd share my experience with others so that they don't fall into the same trap. I paid full price for a Brand New In The Box (BNIB) watch and and received a Demo Model in Like New In The Box (LNIB) condition. LNIB watches like this sell for Well Under $100.00 on any of the popular watch forums like WUS, not the $165.00 I paid. Watch supplied through Cell Depot Inc.
