Seiko Rubber Watch Band Original 20mm for Diver Models

This band is very comfortable and rugged. I have a large wrist, and most watch bands don't fit me comfortable. This one is more than long enough. And I think it looks cool.


*** Update on 9/30/11. After three years, the band cracked and broke. I really liked it up until that point. I have heard that this is about how long these Seiko bands last before breaking. Maybe it is a necessary trade-off that comes with good quality rubber, but I really don't know. If a three year life is ok with you, this is a great band. But I lowered it to three stars, because three years seems awfully short to me.

If you are considering replacing a metal bracelet with a rubber strap, this is a great choice. The "rippled" section reduces sweating and helps protect the watch due to the high profile. This is a quite long strap so that it will fit over a wet suit. It will fit large or small wrists comfortably but is not designed to be "cut down". you will have to accept an inch of extra strap end if you have a smaller wrist.

Saw it, ordered it, received it, and was even able to install it myself. Didn't have to pay some watch guy to do it for me. Love it! Next time I need another one I'll buy from you guys, thanks.

Customer service rates 150%. Ordered the product, then had to race home to beat the delivery. Band and pins fit perfect. The watchband was the original Seiko, as Seiko now makes them. My watch is 3rd generation Seiko Dive Watch and I have had it several decades. This is my fourth OEM band (+ two nylon and one solid clasp) and it has changed since the last OEM band I purchased, close to 10 years ago. Was not happy at first but the company went over and above to resolve any misunderstanding (on my part). I would most definitely do business with this company again and again.

I bought this product and received it quickly. The product came in original packaging and fits great.

This band is almost identical to the band that came with my watch. I would suggesst you alao purchase the tool to detach the old one and attach this one.

The band did not come with the two (2) spring bars that the description claims. Looks like this is not the first as other reviewers complained about the missing spring bars. I needed to order the spring bars separately resulting in extra cost and delay. The spring bars should be removed from the Product Features as they are not included with the band !!!!!!!

This band definitely looks nice, but it is very stiff (think plastic vs rubber). After several weeks of use, it started to mold to fit my wrist somewhat, but it still holds a heavy dive watch (Invicta Pro-diver) off my arm. I eventually got a 20mm band from Luminox (it is for their ladies model, so it won't fit a huge wrist) that is at least 75% more comfortable/flexible. On a positive note, it came with very nice, heavy-duty watch pins.

Overall it is just ok, but not worth the price (especially since there are much better options available)

This is a nice, solid band. It is slightly different than the band that originally came with the Monster with the main difference being that the rubber is a little stiffer. The bars came with the band and were a good fit. My only complaint, and it is a small one, is that the holes are slightly different than the spacing on the Monster. This creates a little looser (or tighter) fit than I'd prefer, but is no deal breaker. Good for the price.

The watch band is a good pliable watch band. Replacing the original Luminox Seals series watch band.
So far so good. However, the pins that came with it are thicker and heavier than the previous ones. They were not made for the luminox, so do not toss your old ones out. The ones that came with it are high quality and heavy duty.
Good over all value for a piece of rubber and two pins.
