I looked for a watch for a gift. I checked several sites. I found the best description and a great selection at Jomashop site on Amazon. Their prices were good and I am very pleased with the ease of purchase and quick delivery of product. I would do business again at this site. Really like my purchase and was very satisfied with the transaction.

Previous watch was a Seiko titanium. This model is a bit dressier, but not gaudy. Excellent watch at a very good price. Amazon service was outstanding. I highly recommend any of the Seiko titanium models.

I actually had this watch, a Bulleva and a Mondaine delivered and sent the others back. This not flashy . . . just very handsome. Very classy time piece.

Great value for a sapphire crystal and titanium bezel, etc. This means that the watch is extremely scratch-resistant and also noticeably lighter than a similar watch in stainless steel. Only challenge was setting the day and date, but very carefully following the simplified instructions provided with the watch did the trick!

LOVE this watch. I've been wearing it for a few months now and the sapphire crystal is a GREAT plus. It's my everyday watch and I don't baby things; and no scratches at all. Still looks brand new. Almost too nice looking for an everyday watch, but it's really nice to have been out working in the yard and not have to dig up a dress watch for evening (I'm one of those guys who just never takes his watch off). Had another Seiko titanium model (very similar) for years before my wife got me this as a gift. I like the titanium so much - those wall clocks some guys wear on their wrists just aren't for me.

Several years ago I purchased a Seiko Men's Titanium two-toned watch. The watch looked good and held up reasonably well over the years -- some scratching to the crystal and to the watch band, but I'm not careful with my watch and seldom take it off for activities. I was a particularly big fan of the titanium look and the general lightness of the watch.

Fast forward to present: The watch armband recently broke in a non-reparable fashion. Because I loved this watch I decided to purchase it again. The SGG735 appears to be the progeny of my earlier version. From a gross appearance perspective the watches are quite similar, however it is clear that Seiko has decreased the amount and thickness of the metal used for the watch bands -- the new bands are lighter (which may be a good thing) but appear to be easy to damage. You need to take particular care in removing segments from the watch band. (The best method I've come up with seems to be to use a very small awl or pin and a jewelry hammer to drive the pins through.) From my perspective, the quality of the newer watch is inferior to the old, although I'll need to see how well it holds up. What I'm reading in the reviews seems troubling.

Gave it to my father in law for fathers day and it was a hit. He's from Japan so he loves Seiko but this watch is the perfect mix of class and functionality.
