this is a good solid watch keeps time well and stands up to a test i am a deployed marine and this watch takes a beating!!! not saying you should go rock climbing with it but if it gets bumped around from time to time it can take it

Sturdy is an understatement, it is very heavy. It is a pilot's watch, but it doesn't have a tachymeter which is what I mostly wanted. It was a gift from my wife and I will keep it, but I will probably eventually ditch it for what I really want. At least it isn't a Swiss piece of junk. The Swiss can't make a decent watch for less than $2,000. I had a Swiss Tissot watch that cost $1,000 and it lasted one month longer than the warranty. It cost more than this Seiko to repair and lasted another six months before it broke again. I will never waste my money on a Swiss watch again, they should stick to making knives, that they do that well!

I bought this watch for my boyfriend's birthday and since he's a pilot he obviously enjoyed it a lot, it has many features and size and color's very neat and elegant.

He love it and I loved it in him too!
