I got this watch about one months. Overall I like this watch; But, just like every other product, it always has its Pros and Cons. I list them as following.

Pros:
1. Nice design and good looking: sapphire crystal, which means unlikely to get scratched
2. More functions than a normal watch: Chronograph function and Alarm function, the Alarm also can be used for second time zone clock.

Cons:
It is difficult to read the second-hand of the chronograph function, because the color is lacking of contrast. The second-hand is a very thin gold color hand, but the background color (dial color) has a very similar color. So you have to look harder to read. Maybe, it is OK for the eyes of 20s year old men.

Others:
1. The accuracy is OK; it loss 5 seconds in one month. it is well within the spec range: +/- 15 seconds. But for modern quartz watches, +/-15 per month is not difficult to achieve. In fact, a $50 quartz watch can meeting this spec.
2. This watch runs by battery, the spec indicates that the battery life is 3-years in normal usage. So, after a couple years, you will have to change the battery. This is different than Seiko's kinetic or Citizen's ECO-drive; which do not need to change battery.

I bought this watch for my boyfriend for Christmas. He's one of those really hard to please guys that you always have trouble buying for. I was a little apprehensive at first because I had bought a men's watch once before on the internet and was very disappointed when it arrived. It didn't look as good as it did in the picture. But I was so happy when this watch arrived and I opened the box. It was beautful! I knew he would really like it and he did. He wears a suit every day so this watch is perfect. It's very classy, looks expensive. I shopped around and this was a fantastic deal. I'm very satisfied.

I bought this watch for its style and features. I like every aspect of it except for the fact that some times the time is hard to read under bright ligth due to the lack of contrast between the bright hands and the bright background. I am going to have a professional insert a red dot on the hands to help with this issue.

I just bought this watch for my brother on his birthday. He loves it, he says it looks better than the picture.

I saw this watch in a store, and they asked 250$ for it. I refused to pay that, just to check if in Internet the price was higher or lower (in the store they told me, the original price was over 500$). I saw the offer in amazon, and well, bought it. It was the cheapest offer in Internet.

I got a fast delivery, just three days (ordered a wednesday recived a saturday I think) paying the "second speed" of delivery.

When I got the watch, I got a fright; I knew the watch was with sapphire cristal (I wanted a seiko, stainless stell, with sapphire cristal); when I take the watch there was an etiquette saying "hardlex crystal"!. But inside the watch I can read "sapphire cristal" so it's ok.

About the watch, looks very nice. As some other people said, sometimes it's hard to see what time is it when it's a very sunny day.

Great Product from Seiko, Again.
Only problem is that it's hard see the hands as they are thin and golden with a white background. A big problem for people with imperfect vision.
Love Seiko watches.

...with the white face and light gold hands it is just about impossible to tell what time it is. The price at Amazon was much better than I could find local including Costco. All in all I chose to keep the watch because it is very stylish and smart looking, just need to spend a little extra time to figure out what it is trying to tell you (time)
So much easier going to Amazon to look for products and you can always be sure that no matter how many hours you spend running around looking for something there price is still lower. The solar security light I bought from Amazon recently works great and even though I keep looking have not been able to find one of that quality or price, even at Harbor Freight.
I now have my Brother a fan of Amazon.com and tell as many people as I can to give them a try.

This watch is beautiful and works well.

It keeps time perfectly and the alarm and stopwatch functions, etc., work just as advertised.

I didn't realize it when I bought it, but the face's white background makes it a little harder to see the hands and therefore, tell time. However, it only take about a second longer to read the time than it would if the face was black with the gold hands.

Still, I wouldn't trade it - this is the nicest watch I have ever had.

This is a nice and very elegant watch, great look, at a very reasonable price for this piece of jewlery! I think I'll use it only for very special occasions cause of its fancy look.
I bought this for my birthday of this year, and I am very pleased for my choice! As a former owner of a Seiko watch (I got my first Seiko 5 when I was 11 years old, as a gift from my dad long time ago), I knew that I would not be disapointed on it!
