The watch is very nice for fine mix between sporty and dressy.
This is my 2nd seiko watch. I bought another seiko because of the quality at a great price.
I already smacked this watch into a sharp edge and the face did not scratch, but I got a little scratch on the bezel, but no big deal.
The watch is beautiful except for 1 thing.
the hands and second and third inner faces are very reflective. You cant tell from the picture, but in real life, it hard to read the time sometimes, unless you move your hand a half inch in a different direction. It also gives the face a cheaper look.
But its still really nice. I'm torn, but I think I'm gonna keep it.
P.s. It also doesnt fit my hand very well. its either too loose or too tight. The only way to make adjustments is by taking out or putting in a link. Some watches have xtra small connections in the clasp but this is a double snap clasp, and has no option for that.

I have been looking for a nice watch for some time. I am quite picky and have never paid more than $50 for a watch. I am hard on them. I first looked at a Casio Eco-Drive. They did not have a nice sapphire crystal.

I finally came across the Seiko Dual Chronograph, SPC043. It had the blue face, sapphire crystal and metal band. I figured to give it a try.

I ordered it from Jomashop. It arrived five days earlier than thought and was well packaged. Bravo Jomashop. It has one of the concealed clasps. I am a big guy and the watch just fit out of the box. (I am trying to order another link, but Jomashop is not responding.) The watch has a nice weight and feels nice on the arm. It is quite nice looking. It works well and keeps time well.

Two issues. First, I really have to angle the watch face or tilt it so I can see the primary hands. With everything being blue or silver, the hands do not pop out very well. They blend in a bit. Second, the band is not very adjustable. The concealed clasp is very nice and works well, but there are no fine adjustments possible, at least that I have found. A link is a little less than 1/4". That is actually a lot.

That said, I really like the watch. I have gotten used to tilting the watch face to read the hands and I will find a link. I would rather it a little loose than too tight.

Watches are the only jewelry that man wears across the globe and this watch is truly the best jewelry the man can have.
The dial color is little darker than shown in image. The chrome glitter in dial makes it an adorable time piece. It's lighter than it seems and definitely it acts like magnet for appreciations from people around ;-) (It happened to me).

If you get this watch for any price less than 200$ then don't think and grab it, you won't find any other to compete.
I collect watches and I am very choosy, so do a lot of homework before acquiring them!!

Rather than an alarm, it has an additional dial to extended the stopwatch range to 100 minutes. The tachymeter markings on the bezel are deeply engraved so they won't scratch off. The crystal is sapphire to prevent scratching. The band has a mix of brushed and polished segments that is nicely done. The buckle is hidden when the band is closed; it looks like continuous links all the way around. It looks and feels like a very high quality item. It's nicer than I expected when ordering it.

I am a big fan of Seiko. I really love Seiko watches & this one was an excellent deal for a Chronograph.
Although dial is much more darker than what is appears in the picture, still the chrome finish of the chronographs make the watch appear very classy & the Sapphire crystal keeps the watch scratch proof!
Last but not the least the watch is 100 meters water resistant. What more would you want? If you are still hesitant on deciding to buy this watch or not...I would say "Go for It".

the item is perfect. The only issue is that the dial is far darker than the pictures online. In the daylight, it looks brighter and more blue-ish though.

Looks great/sleek, fits very nice to wrist( after adjusting). i bought this piece that is a display item from another website for$170 and i am happy so far.

btw, it is glittering in dark which looks very cool to me

i ordered this watch from amazon (sold by watchsavings) about a month ago. the built quality is top-notched and it comes with scratch-resistant-sapphire crystal window. i like the watch very much and it's indeed a value buy. Highly recommend to those who wants a great watch with limited budget.

The watch was delivered promptly and as advertised. The watch is beautiful and works perfectly. There's not much else to say. The price was very good and it was delivered promptly.

This is a great watch for a good value. It's my second Seiko. The comments about the hands being a little thin and blending in with the rest of the face are true, but it is something you will quickly get used to. If you like the watch, don't choose not to buy it just because of it. The watch face is busy with the chronograph elements, but it's very striking and done tastefully. The chronograph second hand measures time in quarter seconds. The strictly two tones of blue face and steel casing really is unique and impressive.

Overall, it feels good and is comfortable on your wrist. It's a Seiko, so you know its high quality. It is an average case size at 43 mm that fits most everyone. You will need to take it to a jeweler to get the links removed, as it has a "double barrel" pin design that is a hassle to resize.

I have ordered a couple of watches from different watchmakers over the internet, and often the watch just doesn't look like the pictures, appearing cheaper. Luckily, this Seiko looks just as it is pictured and does not look cheap in person.

Love it. Absolutely stunning watch, if you need a watch and have the money.. spend it.
