I Purchased this for my Wife for it's oversized classy look. In hand it looks much more classy, sharp and expensive than the photo on Amazon appears. I have the SNP007 Courtura for myself and have been very happy with it, thus the return to Seiko's elite line of watches (Coutura,Sportura and Velatura) when it came to gift time. The Mother of pearl face looks wonderful, and the touch of alternating diamonds and rose gold colored panels look really sharp.

Pros : Very sharp, expensive and classy look.
Oversized Womens timepiece.(easy to read & in fashion)
Rose colored gold and stainless(very in fashion)
Sapphire crystal, 100m water resistant.
Great price on Amazon.

Cons : Could have been Kenetic.
Could have had date window.

Overall Quality + Price = Great Choice!!

I wanted a watch that was different than all the others I have had. I never set the date so I did not want that. I love the size of the watch, it has the most beautiful mother of pearl face that is not dull like some of them. I don't like kinetic so that was good too. I usually buy Seiko because they last for years and years of everyday wear. I love this watch!!!!!

This seiko is a beautiful watch. Here's the story, I have a drawer full of watches. One of the watches I own is a citizen ecodrive titanium watch the is awesome. My wife had been talking for several years of wanting a nice watch, but never would point out one that she liked. A couple of christmas' ago, I took a chance and bought her a very nice citizen ecodrive ladies watch. Anticipating her excitment, imagine my surprise when she didn't jump for joy, she told me all the right things but I could tell that it wasn't perfect. I ended up taking it back and getting my money back. Anyway, around a year ago,we were sitting in the lobby of the local dentist, her looking at a ladies magazine, she said "this is a awesome watch". I acted uninterested but did note the name. As soon as I got online, I found the Seiko Coutura watch and ordered it. For Christmas last year, there was a totally different reaction. She loves the watch, it keeps perfect time, is rugged for something that looks so delicate, and it is really a pretty piece of jewelry. I would highly recommend this watch to the man that wants to get that perfect reaction out of his wife.

Fantastic watch, great deal also. After a few failed experiences with Stuhrling I returned to my reliable, high quality Seiko. Design-wise it seems that Seiko is somewhat hesistant to go for the bold look, but with this slightly oversized watch they are making a daring move. Be prepared for a lot of mother of pearl, the face of the watch is pretty prominent. The rim is very nicely made, diamonds are sparkly and the rose gold gives it a unique look. It will cost about $15 to have it resized (any jeweler). The quality of the watch mechanics is, to be expected, excellent. High quality beautiful piece.

My wife wanted a new watch for Christmas, and had looked at several in jewelry and department stores without finding one that was "just right". She saw this watch on Amazon and pointed it out to me. The price was excellent, and we have had good experience with Seiko watches; but I was a little hesitant to order just because she can be very particular and hard to please about things like this. I needn't have worried, as the watch is gorgeous and my wife was thrilled. Like others have said, it looks even better in person than a picture can show. My only problem with my wife was that I couldn't keep her from peeking before Christmas.

I am a collector of watches and this one really stood out. After exhaustive research I chose this one and couldn't be happier.
I highly recommend you give it a look.

I have wanted this watch for a long time but wasnt prepared to spend the money and then I found it here, what a pleasure. It is a VERY pretty watch IMO, the mother of pearl face is fabulous and I love the Rose tone, very subtle. I have had a ton of compliments and I wear it with everything. I'm so happy with it. The shipping was fantastic as well, I had this in my hot little hands within 2 days which for Western Canada was brilliant, all in all a great experience.

I am extremely happy with this watch, very feminine however larger than the average women's watch,I would recommend this item to any woman after a larger yet girly watch, the rose gold looks fantastic and the mother of pearl is lovely,very eye catching.

That will be your opinion when you first open the package, But after wearing it for a while you will feel that all other watches pale in comparison. It tends to grow on you. I know because this is the second Seiko I purchased this year and I now wear this one constantly.
I love the rose gold contrast with the mother of pearl face and its' large readable dial. A truly handsome watch. As I have a large wrist, I had one link added (ordered from Seiko) by local jeweler who remarked on the beauty of the watch.
Phone call to Seiko with my request for extra links was supplied within a week.

Beautiful watch especially the rose gold bezel. Very eye-catching! Saw the same Seiko watch at my jeweler's store for a much higher price. Very satisfied.
