This Seiko watch is a great watch and I had the same one since 1989 with this one being a S5 where I had a S3 back then. I wore it just about every day since 1989, and still wear it. I never had to repair it, only have battery changed. When I ordered this one it looked exactly the same but I thought the band was a little dressier and smaller as I still have the other one for everyday. I sent it back as it was exactly the same as my old one and the band was just as big so I could not use it for dress with formal wear. The return policy was great and will be crediting my credit card for the full amount. I buy alot thru Amazon and have been happy with their service.

I ordred the watch as a surprise but my wife did not like it. We went back to the Dealer Garage Watches and requested an exchange/refund. We were directed to a web page on Amazon. She liked one of the watches which was ~ $30.00 more. The dealership did not charge the overage and shipped the watch we selected as soon as they got the return. I would highly recommend them and also buy from them in the Future.
