In the midst of adverse circumstances,we are challenged to apply certain principles that keep us moving forward. God has the power to touch you heart, and turn your life around. Regardless what has happened in the past, or for that matter what is going on in your life today, God is sovereignly in control of your life. If you have a dream, never give up on it, regardless of the obstacles that one encounters. Life isn't smooth, so never allow anything to take the wind out of your sails. In other words, not matter what the problems or difficulties that come your way, don't give up! Stay positive. Trust God. And never take you focus away from Him. Whatever transpires in your life, never believe that there is no hope. Make sure you are thankful for what you have, and do not focus on what you do not have; success is a journey and not a destination! Live in the moment and make the best of today, because you are building the foundation of your future. Do not worry, it's like sitting in a rocking chair, it does not get you anywhere. We must be committed to trust God, regardless of what we have to face. If we hold on tight to our Father, he will see us through. We must walk through this world with courage, in order that, we will have the grit to sieze the moment. Some opportunities only come once. We must never get so blinded by the opposition, that we fail to take into account, the awesome power of God to help us in the trial. With God's power activated in our life, miracles happen.

My Sunday school class is using this book currently. We are covering one chapter each week. The author did an outstanding job of bringing stories to each topic covered.
