I bought this table for my two small children (2 and 4 years) to eat on when we have BBQ's. The table is solid and a perfect height for them. I primed and painted the table with not problems. After a few months in the backyard, the top began to show some small gaps between the boards. A bit of wood filler and another coat of primer/paint and all is good again. I recommend this table if you have small kids (This table wont work well for older kids or adults).
