Essential for Contracts Class
This is absolutely essential for Contracts class. Every year a new edition is published, BUT this is fine for use this year. The professor was asked in advance, if the student would be at a disadvantage using the 2007 edition and not the 2008...The reply was that there is no disadvantage. Approximately 40% of class is using the 2007 edition...

Selections
The item stated that the book had minimal markings but when I received it there was a good amount and on the pages that were marked, it was basically all you noticed. Other than that, it was just as advertised and came in a timely manner.
