Ann's done it again... another beautiful book. This book takes the wisdom and insight she shared in 1000 Gifts and pairs that wisdom and insight with her own photographs of life, as she captures the gifts that have come each and every day. Page after page of amazing photos could stand alone but the selections that Ann has paired with the photographs are what truly make this book stand out. For those who haven't read 1000 Gifts or are busy living life and want snippets of truth written in Ann's poetic prose, this is a must-have and is a great book for gift giving. Ann Voskamp is the most gifted writer I have ever come across. Her language is beautiful and inspiring. I just bought 4 of these books to give to friends. I read One Thousand Gifts last year and it changed my life. The vulnerability she shares as she writes opens the heart and you find yourself noticing life and beauty all around you. This is a book well worth purchasing.
