ACE is NOT the place! November 18, 2011

These are very thin and flimsy. Pay a little more and get better quality tiles. I've already replaced many tiles that constantly peel up even after properly preparing the floor and priming it, allowing them to adhere better. Even went to the point of sealing the cracks with clear caulk but they still peel up.

Note about ACE: This item was offered with PRIME shipping. I purchased two boxes of tiles and ACE took almost a week to ship the unit, then my credit card was charged well above what was advertised. When I checked my credit card it was $30 more than what it should of been. I checked my Amazon invoice and the product was no longer PRIME and they charged me $30.

I contacted the seller and they flat out were rude and disrespectful and said this item was never part of PRIME shipping. The screenshots I took at purchase clearly show it was a PRIME item.

Shame on ACE!
