Good Audio, Worth A Try,

I found the tape a good way to try subliminal/ hypnosis type tapes without feeling a loss of control, since an audio portion gives you the information of what is on the subliminal side. Does this work? It is hard to say how much is because of the tape and how much as a result of your own readiness to change. It is a feel-good message. I enjoyed listening to it. I like to think it works. I would recommend it if you are looking for something to help motivate you to make a change in your own sense of self-confidence. (I've been using Amazon for awhile now, but never reviewed any of the material previously. Perhaps this new turn is a result of the influence of the tape - hard to be certain, but an intriguing possibility.)

Extremely useless,

This tape is completely useless. On one side is music on the other side the author praises herself. I know much better tapes then this.
