Where Did The Night Fall EPK Part 1 – The Album

James Lavelle/UNKLE – the biography
Everything James Lavelle has created and initiated has been driven by the same irrepressible sense of curiosity and an incorruptible willingness to take risks. The music released today under the banner of UNKLE is very different from early UNKLE records. The spirit is the same.

James Lavelle was a fresh-faced fourteen-year-old when he began to ... Read more in Amazon's U.N.K.L.E. Store

UNKLE return with a phenomenal 4 CD box set containing brand new UNKLE material and over 40 remixes of tracks for their outstanding NEVER NEVER LAND album. The box set features the brand new UNKLE track 'Burn My Shadow' which features the vocals of non other than Ian Astbury from the Cult, the track featured with 3 amazing remixes from Holland's Junkie XL, Hong Kong's Dan F and Electro House rising star Like Dzeriek. The Never Never Land mixes come from a broad musical spectrum - breaks, house, progressive, techno through to Hip Hop and feature the diverse mixing talents of RJD2, Sasha, Evil 9 and Meat Katie. All in All an amazing and complete UNKLE package for an amazing price.

1.0 out of 5 stars Wrong Track List -- Not UK Release! January 15, 2008
Format:Audio CD
This release and the track list that Amazon provides is incorrect. I ordered this set for the UNKLE/Moby remix -- which is exclusive to this set, yet is only available on the UK release of this set. For some reason the remix was omitted from the US release.

Thanks for the heads up, Amazon!

4.0 out of 5 stars Say Unkle! October 15, 2006
Format:Audio CD
Well first off, this is not exactly what I expect when I see a box set, 6 tracks? But as discouraging as it might seem, this is a very impressive set of remixes from some of the best producers out there! Incorporating remixes by so many unique and innovative artists was a smart move, each mix is totally different from the last and never gets boring in my opinion. Definately worth buying!

Actually, there's so much variety in the styles of remixes - even for the same songs - that it's really an amazing listen all in one sitting (though not quite in CD order) try this:

Back & Forth (Secret Intro)
UNKLE - What Are You To Me? / Petter - These Days (Sasha's
