This video gives basic information about how to pick a repair shop. Also tells you about the situations you may encounter in a repair shop and how to handle them. Gives a maintenance schedule for your car. As a person who never arranged maintenance for her cars other than regular oil changes, I really appreciate this information. I have written it down on the calendar I keep in my purse. The video is interesting all the way through; it is succinct so your mind doesn't wander while you are watching it. I think this video could save the time and money of just about any car owner. What a great gift this would be for anyone who doesn't know much about cars and dreads every trip to the repair shop!
