About the Author
Ed Rose is sector training and recognition manager at Intersil Corporation (formerly Harris Semiconductor). He is the author of three other books and is a frequent presenter at conferences and workshops. Steve Buckley is senior training specialist at Intersil Corporation and internal editor for corporate newsletters and other training material.
