If you lack the knowledge about and ideas on how to learn self-control, pick up this book right away. There's no reason/excuse not to read this book.
"I have no time to read books". I read it and comprehend it, in 30 mins. And I've read at the most 10 books(including this one) my whole life.
"I have no money". Me neither, but this book was free. Thanks a lot Amazon!
So YES!, no excuses to not read this great book.
Also if you read longer books about Self-Discipline, you can keep this book as a refresher of the other longer books.
And if you would like to expand on the ideas and/or concepts inside this book, I would recommend the following books:
Self-Discipline in 10 days; by Theodore Bryant.
The Now Habit; by Neil Fiore.
Both great books, that can further help you stop procrastinating, and boost confidence and motivation to move forward.

This book started off okay, but ended up being just very general. This was nothing that I didn't know. Just basic reading.Published 7 months ago by Fitness Reads
I knew most techniques in this book already, nothing new. It was very well put together though. Good reading everyone.Published 11 months ago by Kevin Moe
