This was a really good read. I have read other books similar to this subject, but this book really explains how to control your mind and become more self discipline in great detail. I practice the teaching that Stefan Hall has written in this book everyday and I have found an improvement in myself. I Highly recommend for anyone

Well, I really purchased this not for me, but for my sister's daughter who always leaves her work till she meets the deadline. However I just read the book while I was traveling and pinned down few good points in this book. May be the book is not too big, yet the book is really interesting and motivational. Loved the writing style of author, so I purchased few of his other works done before as well. Recommended!

Love this resource for assistance in becoming more productive. The book offers some good suggestions on how to have more self-discipline and to ultimately control procrastination. Take the ten day challenge and practice your discipline skills by applying the tips in the book.

Really good book that I read because this is exactly what I do...and I need to get s*** done for sure!

I hadn't thought of it as a HABIT before...something that is learned and can therefore be stopped. This book has pointed out several really obvious things that I for one, do every day to put off doing more important things. Now that it's been pointed out to me I feel more armed to deal with things and be more disciplined in my life.

Tomorrow I'm going to start my day with the hardest task I have rather than putting it off yet again...THANKS for some hard hitting life changing advice!

I'm sure that many of us have procrastinated, and in his book, Stephen gives some examples,which are all too familiar.
He covers discipline and fear very well, and has an interesting view on doing something for 21 days.
He writes about creating reasonable goals and breaking your work down into portions with an adequate number of breaks.

At the end of the book, he invites us to take the 10-day challenge,which is well worth doing.
