I've enjoyed reading this book although I haven't really finished it yet. I tend to skip around in the text and can't seem to finish it straight through. The writers train of thought is a little disjointed and tends to wander somewhat as she relates hes past life stories. The stories about her past-lives are very illuminating. I'm not sure I would be able to face all my past-life problems as boldly as she does. Her discourses give me some courage about wanting to explore them my self. Since I am a firm believer in reincarnation..I do not need convincing that the experience of regressiion is a valid one, and can lend some light to present life difficulties. I think you have to be ready to do this though.I explored reincarnation earlier in my life when I studied "soul travel".It pays to be persistant when seeking a path to the higher God consciouness. It is a path in which you must stay directed and focus all your attention on the teachings you may find. I would recommend this book to the spirtually curious and the explorative person. The author put alot of work into her book.It is interesting reading.
